It’s a small spot with limited seating, but most people come for takeout anyway. Pro tip: Call ahead if you want a whole pie, they’re busy, and wait times (about an hour on weekends) are usually accurate. For slices, just walk in; fresh pies are always ready. Easily one of the best pizza places around!
Hands down the best pizza shop in the city! Probably one of the few pizza by the slice places left in MTL. Their slices are always fresh, have the perfect chewy/crispy crust ratio, and I don’t know what they put in the tomato sauce, but it’s addicting. Highly recommend trying their potato slice and their margarita slice. There’s only a few places to sit inside, but during the summer they have few spots outdoors as well.
Never disappointed by Bouquet! I always stop by to pick up a slice or a full pizza. The dough is light, and the sauce is flavorful without being too acidic. My boyfriend and I love ordering a half pep /half veg pizza. A must-try!
Best pizza I’ve had in Montreal. The guy at the counter is very friendly and their pizza is very good. After two big slices I didn’t feel stuffed and sick, their pizza is light and not full of oil and grease. Will have to go back to try more. Loved it!
Hands down the best pizza in Montreal! Their mushroom pizza is absolutely incredible. Seriously, their mushrooms are the star of the show – so flavourful and fresh. This place is REALLY popular so if you want to order a whole pizza, best to call ahead or walk-in & order by slice.

The pizza here is unmatched, I had the upside down margarita and the pickle n dill. OMG absolutely delicious. It was hot and fresh out the oven too! I really appreciated the variety of meat free options. I took away a star simply for how slow the interac terminal was. The cashier was a doll! I’d make the trek from Laval for their slices. Be prepared for a lineup out the door.
It’s a small ‘hole in the wall’ kind of place with limited seating inside and benches to sit outside when the weather is nice. They don’t have any public bathrooms and they only take debit or cash. The lines can get long during peak times for dinner but it moves fast. I’ve tried a few varieties they have on hand but never ordered a full pizza of my choice to go. I have a slight preference for their veggie pizzas over meat ones. They tend to be more flavourful in my opinion. But overall very delicious slices. Will keep going back.
